Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as the students' liaison to aid in their success in the program.
2. Interprets and explains departmental policies, program responsibilities and procedures.
3. Directs students on how to complete required forms, documentation of achievement and milestones,
etc.
4. Coordinates the application process including advising applicants of admissions procedures and
program requirements, emailing program information to prospective students, tracking applicant files
in the database, collecting supporting application materials, preparing applicant files and facilitating
faculty reviews for admissions meeting, notifying all applicants of committee decisions.
5. Ensures students compliance with program requirements and monitors student's progression to ensure
continued progress towards completion of the degree requirements. Monitors LMS, ensures
submission of Projects, assignments and reminds students of thesis proposal and candidacy deadlines.
6. Coordinates with faculty advisors regarding students' progress and compliance with policies and
procedures, keeping them up to date accordingly. Coordination with all departments like Online tutors,
Subject Matter Expert, Language reviewer for students progress and query
7. Maintains student records.
8. Reviews and submits candidacy documents and graduation materials.
9. Monitors Fees payment. Consults with faculty and ensures accurate completion and submission of
fess and related documents. Maintains fees records for each student.
10. Manages and organizes mail, calls and messages related to students query.
11. Supports other faculty and staff as needed.
12. Coordinate with students through Mail, Calls, Messages and helping them with Queries about the
Program. Also resolving Queries related to Online Portal
13. Updating students regarding any changes or modification made on portal.
14. If needed forwarding students query to respective department. And providing solution to students
15. Arranging and Providing welcome kit and Study material to student through courier
16. Providing and maintaining batch details and ID, Password to excess online portal for study.
17. Working as a single point of contact to the students on behalf of the Institution
18. Informing students about exams dates and projects and assignment submission.
19. Working on tools like M ROOMS, LMS (Learning Management System)
20. Monitoring students activity through ‘Learning Management system” , (progress and assignment
submission) and encouraging them.
