• Sense of belonging and hope
• Sense of support and forgiveness
• Resentments leading to connection and hope
• Develop more resilience and self of motivation
16. How about use of Herbs on mental
health ?
• May be depends what suits you best
• You know your body and mind more than
anyone else
17. I am Anxious that I can take this
infection ?
• Things are uncertain till now so we have no
clear answers
• Better think less and cool down brain
• Do all precautionary measures (Follow WHO
Guide) but don’t over think to avoid panic
• Check in yourself when enter home (WHO
precautions)
18. What should I do when I go home ?
• Use these moments to connect with kids and family
• Evaluate your own self of anxiety and readjust your
emotions
• Create od sense of humour & stability in emotions
• Have a sense of routine at home with kids and family
• Less news and hospital stuff , take a break from world
around ,
• Do Meditate . Yoga
• Do new things at family involve kids in creative activity
rather than enhance stress
• More play time and movie time with family
• Keep kids away from news but give them knowledge

Loneliness
• Connect with old friends
• Make new social group online
• Create online fun hours
• Don’t stay alone in your Mind
• Play your favourite music
• Feel staying engaged and connected with loved
ones
• No back to back screen time on laptops
• Seek help from Alexi , Siri (Artificial intelligence)
