The UNSW combustion and engine research group
is offering top-up scholarships of AUD 5,000 per
year to selected outstanding candidates who are
successful in obtaining a China Scholarship Council
(CSC) full scholarship for Ph.D. studies.
Research areas of interest
Areas of interest to the group include:
- Numerical modelling of turbulent combustion and
solar energy systems
- Advanced spray and flame diagnostics in
combustion engines
- Advanced combustion diagnostics to understand
fundamental energy conversion and reacting flows
These top-up scholarships will be allocated in a
competitive process after the applicant has secured
the CSC scholarship to support their studies.
