The Modular Sandwich Panel Construction is being considered for the following reasons :-

Consistency of finishes
Flexibility for modification
Most suitable material for clean room & Prefab Building construction.
Advantages :-

It has been proposed to have modular construction in the proposed Block.
Modular ceiling panels shall be suspended from the RCC slab using hangers. All flush
type illumination fittings and HVAC supply air modules are being considered.
Maintenance and regular monitoring of fixtures, fittings and HEPA filters diffuser shall
be conducted from the bottom of ceiling. (Please refer drawing layout.)
All vertical panels shall be fixed on the floor level and on the top. Return
air risers shall be located inside double panel or single panel and
wall as per the suitability.
