The 1975, the 1975 are an English indie rock band formed based in Manchester. The group consists
of Matt Healy (vocals, guitar), Adam Hann (guitar), George Daniel (drums, backing vocals) and Ross MacDonald
(bass).
They have released four EPs, while their self-titled debut album was released on 2 September 2013 through Dirty
Hit/Polydor The album debuted at No. 1 in the UK Albums Chart on 8 September 2013. The band have toured
internationally and also played the 2014 Coachella festival.
The 1975 want the advert to be factual as they are advettising concert tickets.
increase ticket sales for the concert and raise awareness of the concert.
As there will be a booking fee on the tickets which my advert is about they
ill need to stick t these guidelines, If a script quotes a specific ticket price, it also needs to quote the specific
booking fee, where applicable, e.g. 'tickets at £25 plus £2 booking fee'. This policy ensures that listeners are given
an all-inclusive price and are not misled.
If a fee is charged for payments made with a credit card, but not for payments made with a debit card, prices
should be quoted as "from £x" and the ad should include a disclaimer such as "booking fee may apply"
