Kyphosis:
An exaggerated curvature of
the thoracic spine.
Tight chest muscles with weak
upper back muscles
*Kyphosis is sometimes refereed to as Dowager’s Hump

Lordosis:
An exaggerated inward curvature
of the lumbar spine.
Tight lower back muscles with
weak, abdominal muscles

Scoliosis:
A lateral / sideways curvature of the spine
While scoliosis can be caused by conditions such as
cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy, the cause of
most scoliosis is unknown
7. Ectomorph: Lean and long, with difficulty building muscle.
Endomorph: Big, high body fat, often pear-shaped, with a high tendency to
store body fat.
Mesomorph: Muscular and well-built, with a high metabolism and responsive
muscle cells
