MINERAL PROPERTIES
Three 100%-owned claim groups in New Brunswick with no reported historic drilling of bedrock
• Utopia: 4,707 ha (11,630 ac) in 3 claims selected as mirror image of Galway Metals Clarence
Stream Au, but on opposite side of St. George granite batholith and along strike from Au-Ag
showings and panned Au, but the most favourably situated claim 9387 not previously prospected
because mostly covered by glacial outwash sand interbedded with clay from sea incursions during
warm periods. Noranda had included the 9387 area in 1989 Dighem aeromagnetic and electrical
survey in search for base metals.
• Mactaquac: 3,499 ha (8647 ac) encompassing panned gold discovery of Edge co-founder Alex
Kramer and interpreted bedrock source 4 km up-ice where Noranda (1989) reported 405 ppb soil
Au & other anomalous values. Geological setting - Silurian argillite & greywacke bordering
Devonian granite with fault and splays near margin. Twelve km north of 1865-1992 Sb mine and
analogous to setting at Galway Metals Clarence Stream Au.
• Fredericksburg: 1,071 ha (2,647 ac) encompassing anomalous Au & Sb in soil over 2.6 km N-S
survey where 23 samples out of 310 samples in exceeded 35 ppb gold and highest values were
100 and 112 ppb gold. North of Mactaquac 47 km by road, in same geological setting on east side
of Devonian granite batholith and 15 km southeast of proposed 30,000 tpd W-Mo mine of
Northcliff Resources.

Summary of Exploration During 2019 and 2020 on Clain 8300 Little Mactaquac Stream
Reconnaissance soil geochem MMI (395 samples) in 2019. MMI revealed anomalous element associations interpreted
to reflect “iron-oxide-copper-gold” (IOCG) mineralization. Structures interpreted from a Vision 4K drone-conducted
magnetic survey and LiDAR.
Drill tested best MMI anomaly to a vertical depth of 174 metres. Pervasive pyrite and quartz veining in dark
argillite. Multi-element analyses did not explain the anomaly. Concluded that cause at greater depth. Casing
not pulled.
Overburden drilling planned for late 2020 profiling magnetic low between granite to west and where
Noranda reported up to 405 ppb gold in 1989. Forest access road cleared of deadfalls and bushes in
November 2020, but drill program deferred due to heavy rainfall and overbank flooding of a brook crossing
access route.
Recommendation 1) Conduct profile drilling to sample till and a number of metres of underlying bedrock
Recommendation 2) if results of the first priority do not support further bedrock drill tests in west of claim,
deepen vertical hole which did not explain MMI evidence of IOCG mineralization .
