CLIENT: HARRISON DEVELOPMENT
Allwyn provides construction oversight and environmental
services for a former metal and automobile shredder located
near downtown Phoenix. Allwyn is helping transform this
former State Superfund site into a productive commercial office
building by assessing site soils and arranging for off-site
disposal of excavated soil.
Allwyn has been providing environmental and geotechnical
engineering services for DMB’s Eastmark project in Mesa since
2005. We have helped DMB successfully transition the site from
the former General Motors Desert Proving Grounds into one of
the fastest-growing residential communities in the nation. We
have provided extensive services including site assessment,
regulatory compliance, remediation, site closure, construction
observation, materials testing, and soil characterization for the
former General Motors Proving Grounds.

Allwyn has been providng on-call regulatory compliance,
permitting, and site assessment services to the City of Tucson
continuously for over 10 years. We have successfully completed
over 150 projects including Phase I, Phase II, Lead Based Paint
and asbestos assessments. Allwyn has been involved with the
Grant Road improvement project as well as the future
development of the Downtown Links freeway.
Allwyn assisted Sunbelt with environmental services during its
due diligence activities for the purchase of the former Brown &
Brown Chevrolet site in Mesa. Our client had the following to
