consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions.

 Should have an overall Sterling OMS experience of 14+ years and has been part of at least 3-4
Sterling OMS Solutions
 An expert with broad and deep understanding of Sterling Supply Chain Applications /Suite.
 Must be comfortable in Hardware sizing of IBM Sterling Fulfillment Suite of Applications.
 Seasoned architect who can lead multiple projects through SDLC by performing variety of roles.
 Ability to communicate, share ideas orally, in writing to business sponsors, executive staff and
technical resources in clear parlance to respective group.
 Assist program manager in planning and executing of projects.
 Excellent customer interfacing skills, communication and inter-personal skills
 Work closely with developer’s to ensure smooth implementation.
 Well versed with Software Engineering and System Engineering Concepts.
 Business Panning -Ownership of solution offering, product marketing and product
development.
 Subject Matter Expert - Survey Market landscape for insights, directions, vendors and methods.
 Shape, design and plan service line in Sterling Fulfillment and Selling Suite.
 With Channel Development team, develop and maintain vendor relationships within the
product.
 Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business development
documents.
 Mentor and guide junior technical resources.
 Feed the overall solution status to senior management.
