Evaluate your injured employees.
NBSA Career Transitioning programs begin with a
holistic assessment and the creation of a skills inventory
to determine a worker’s current knowledge and job
qualifications. The focus is to identify the types of future
employment positions in which they are most likely to be
successful based upon the student’s prior experience and
transferable skills.
Train them with in-demand skills.
In 12 weeks or less, your employee can acquire industry-
current knowledge that specifically addresses the skill
gaps identified in our evaluation process. Once an
assessment has been completed, the student is only
required to take specific training to qualify and succeed
in that chosen area. And because our training is focused
on the nation’s most-in demand jobs, prospects for rapid
employment are vastly increased.
Certify their qualifications with
recognized credentials.
Endorsed by a nationwide alliance of respected,
accredited universities (including Rutgers and many
others), NBSA Career Transitioning certificates identify
graduates as motivated and competent in their area
of study. Upon completion of a program, students
earn certificates from the actual universities they
choose, giving them the knowledge, credentials
and confidence to re-enter the workforce.
