Process Administrators can review project progress in real-time

How will this Process work?
Our deployment process is flexible and can be customized to serve all requirements from
clients
1 Our 360 development intervention starts with mapping the exact client requirements –
customization of different elements like Interface, Questionnaire and Report.
2 Once finalized, the 360 questionnaire is
uploaded to platform for online delivery
by the Think Talent team
3 Client team enters details of employees
who will receive feedback and of
respondents who will provide feedback
to each participant. The data is
uploaded to the platform online.
4 The 360 questionnaire is deployed
online. Each respondent receives an
email with a customized link to the
Survey questionnaire and other
instructions.
5 Once all respondents complete the
Survey questionnaire, a detailed
individual report is generated for each
participant with competency and
relationship-wise feedback
6 Individual Reports are downloaded by
the client team and are used to drive
development interventions
