Experience:
1. The first color is pre-pressed by 0.05-0.1MM, so that the
product does not need to be fully finished, which is beneficial to
reduce the risk of cracking of the thinwall, and the product is
not easily broken during the injection molding process.
2. Because the flow of the second stage of injection will
impulsive the first injection, the first injection product will fix the
position in the rear mold by using ribs.
3. Bio-color mold injection must fully consider the adhesion
between the two materials.
