How we came up with this idea?
• We found that in our surroundings there were many
people suffering from poor heart health.
• Due to lack of knowledge they were confused of what
to do next and how to proceed towards healthy living.
• This problem helped us kick start with our idea i.e.,
CARDIO GOOD FITNESS.
Why was the issue important to us?
• It’s very important to know which machine or gym
instrument would suit our body according to age,
endurance etc.
• Also it is very important for us to help people proceed
towards a healthy lifestyle especially when they are
concerned and ready to do it.
