Login to Paytm Mall seller panel and follow these steps -
Hover your cursor over your Email ID And click on the Profile tab from the dropdown
3. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
The Profile tab will appear
Scroll down the page
5. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
Click on ‘Select a Warehouse’ and select the warehouse whose working hours and weekly holiday
you want to manage
To set your working hours follow these steps -
Note – You can set different working hours/ weekly holiday for multiple warehouses.
6. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
To manage your working hours, click on the edit icon
7. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
Uncheck the box if not applicable
8. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
Select the opening time of your warehouse Select the closing time of your warehouse
9. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
Your working hours are updated now
Points to remember:
• You can only edit the details once in 30 days
• You must set a minimum of 8 working hours
Note – The new schedule will be considered for new orders from the next day. You still need to serve existing orders as per SLA
Click on Confirm

To manage your Weekly Holiday, click on the edit icon
To set your weekly holiday follow these steps -

Uncheck the box if not applicable
12. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
Select the weekly holiday from the dropdown Click on Confirm
13. Manage your working hours and weekly holiday
Your details are updated
Points to remember:
• Courier pickups will not be attempted on your weekly holiday
• Only one weekly holiday in a week is permitted
Note – The new schedule will be considered for new orders from the next day. You still need to serve existing orders as per SLA
