f) Processing to the tune of 150-175 Loan Applications per month and subsequent disbursal of an average of
75-100 Loans. A Relationship Management Role this, the profile basically included quick end to end TATs
from Login of the Loan Application upto Disbursement (both for new applications and Cross Sell
Customers), screening of the Loan Application, ensuring documentation adequacy, having a Personal
Discussion with the Customer, budgeting, taking deviations if any and closing the case and then disbursing
it. This Profile had the following key deliverables:
• Extended Sales of Loan Insurance and Personal Insurance Cover;
• Closing out on the Customer Service Request including query on Loan Account, request for Loan
Statements, Cheque Swapping, Pre-closure of the Loan amongst many others;
• Awareness Calling in the beginning of the month, serving reminders to the Customers for avoiding non-
starters;
• Interaction with the DSAs, DSTs, FOS and other Sales Points;
• MIS and Updation of Loans on System.

g) Taking care of the Clearing Activities, and also partly taking care of the Cash Teller Activities and Customer
Service Desk at the Retail Branch.
