Desktop Support Technician Bridgeton, MO
Duties Handled a wide variety of technical issues within the enterprise environment. Engaged with Credit
Union Employees via phone, instant message,and email. All issues were logged into Freshdesk software.
Responsible for ticket generation, documentation, escalation (if appropriate), resolution and closure while
meeting SLAs.
Selected Contributions Maintained highest call metrics for all leaderboard titles. Trained in Synergy
capture software to be the SME for the helpdesk team.
Vantage Credit Union Mar 2014 – Sep 2014
Infrastructure Technician Bridgeton, MO
Duties Tasked with keeping the network infrastructure stable and current in regards to patches,upgrades
(both firmware and hardware). This included, but was not limited to implementing new technologies,
educating Credit Union Employees on a one-on-one basis, on how to use said technologies. Worked with
other IT infrastructure teams to keep a vast number of vendor software programs, servers,desktops and
peripherals up to date and stable.
Selected Contributions Configured and deployed Cisco 3950 stacked switches and Cisco 2911 series
routers to the entire organization. Worked with our Microsoft vendor Delicheck Technologies group to
migrate over to Microsoft Office Exchange and Office 365.
