Project Manager for a large survey project for over 2,000 IT rooms for major financial institution across the
nation. Inventory rooms, discover vulnerabilities and suggest remediations, manage many vendors and
technicians. Highly compressed time frame with extensive coordination required between many parties.
Data Centers Manager
Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC April 2010 – July2014
Project Manager for a managed print services project, converting a 13,000 employee major academic
center, done simultaneously with an Epic implementation, requiring extensive coordination efforts. This
saves $2,000,000 annually as well as providing a newer, more easily serviced print device pool.
Manager for two 5,000 sq. ft. data centers including project management for renovations including aisle
containment, real-time graphical temperature display and control, high density areas with in-row cooling
and airflow management.
Disaster Recovery Manager for the disaster recovery plans for all enterprise applications. Project manage
implementation of a web-based tool to facilitate plan creation and provide automatic notifications of
required plan modifications based on weekly Peoplesoft feeds.
