Enabled the discovery of the Drosophila and Human Genome by implementing a large-scale
compute infrastructure providing support for 300+ internal researchers (Bioinformatitions and
Computer Scientists), the Online Portal (CDS) and 6 Premier Customers
Supported the Celera business model with the implementation of hosted services for Pharma
customers in own high-security network domains and the implementation of an online subscription
system to allow customers access to Celera’s data and applications
