MCO/Bridge Watchkeeper, DHP, lnternal Comms (WE) INVINCIBLE
2a. Cunent Periormance.
OM1 HARDING continues to display a high level of proficiency and competence
whilst carrying out the executlon of his duties. A highly effective OM1, who is
steadily developing his knowledge of Communications architecture within a busy
CVS environment. During the recent extended maintenance period he was
employed as the RIC of a watch. Relishing in this role he was involved in the day
to day-running of the MCO, using his initialive, when tasked to liaise with civilian
contractor in to replace the ships wire aerials. As CLX Computer Operator he
displays a professional and confident approach, a position which requires
HARDING to liaise with system users on a daily basis, rectitying problems as
they occur. Keen to progress himself within the Service, he must now
concentrate his efforts io improve his current NAMET and become eligible for
Leading hand, and a plan of action is in hand. Possessing the necessary
attributes lor advancement, HARDING is a strong candidate for LOM(C), and
once qualified, has the potential to become an effective Leading Hand.
