As part of my day to day duties at Vapor Ricon, I am responsible for the allocation of service and
repair works for disable access lifts. Communicating with a wide range of people throughout my
working day from end users to upper management, which means I need to display a high level of
skills to obtain information and then relay this to the correct bodies/ organisations for authorisation
before works can commence. A need to understand the fundamental workings of a wide range of
access lifts/ seat bases and vehicle door entry systems, to help service engineers in the field to
resolve problems or to identify parts to resolve these issue. I also demonstrate a high level of
numeracy/ literature skills to check services invoices before passing for payment, if any invoices have
any discrepancies then It is my responsibly to contact all parties and resolve any disputes before
processing this payment.
