Reference Letter for: Tudor Toropoc
Role: Construction Manager Assistant / Foreman A at Kitimat Modernization Project - Series Capacitor.
Mr. Toropoc's responsibilities were to supervise the installation of ABB 275 KV series compensation
platforms and control building for 2 power lines. All equipment is operating at line potential and located
directly underneath the energized power lines feed by Kemano BC power plant and terminating at RTA
Kitimat aluminum smelter facility.
Over the course of the work, he has proven proactive safety awareness, efficient management, team
leading and good constructability skills while conducting his daily site actions.
By combining the adequate safety measures, organizing site material storage, site logistics, monitoring
employee's code of conduct, rights and responsibilities, cleanness of work area, crane lifts and
equipment assembly, project scope was conducted with excellence.
The Series Compensation site has been regarded as one of the best managed sites at KMP and Mr.
Toropoc's contribution has played a key role in the successful outcome of this recognition.
Mr Toropoc is a welcome crew all contractor shall be pleased to use in their execution.
