 Operations and Maintenance of 150 BTS sites with 5 BSC’s along with Transmission Equipments
and 18 Optical drops at Madurai cluster.
 Good experience in Installation, Commissioning and Integration of new ERICSSON BTS sites (RBS
2202, 2206, 2204, 2302,2308,2111,2964 & 6202 (3G WCDMA BTS)), Creation of IDB via R-OMT.
 Coordinating with Project team while the Installation, Commissioning, Integration and software
upgradation of HUWAWEI - 3G NodeB DBS3900 RTN910, 950,980 TXN & microwave equipment,
And also scripts running
 Hop up gradation of ERICSSON & HUAWEI equipment MLE, ML-TN, PDH and SDH
 Commissioning of ERICCSSON Transmission equipment of Minilink Traffic node 2P, 6P & 20P
with NPU 3B , LTU 155 e/o, ETU 2 and MMU 2D and MMU 2E
 Planning for the capacity sites and potentially high area sites also suggesting micro BTS for the
wherever it required.(So far near 15 sites suggested in my cluster)
 Co-ordination with ERICSSON & HUAWEI TXN Planning team for Ring closures, dependency
reduction and other TXN design related.
 End to End responsibility for all activities like ERICSSON & HUAWEI product BTS Configuration &
Management, Incident management, transmission, rerouting Migration, NMS VISIBILITY and
monitoring Throughput and erlang.
 Responsible for extracting daily/weekly BSS Reports including detailed network outages
investigation on TT (Trouble Tickets), Maintaining KPI and providing RCA.
 Regular analysis of OMC statistical reports suggesting vital network changes (TRX addition, Radio
N/W parameter changes, PCM addition, etc)
 Operations and Maintenance of Microwave Transmission equipment services & E1
definitions/configuration to be made between ERICSSON & HUAWEI BTS - BSC capacity additions.
 Managing and coordination with RF Team for Customer related and coverage issues, And also
Good understanding of TEMS Link Planner TND design TOOL
 Operations and Maintenance of iWAN (Integrated wireless Access Network) link customers (
P2P TDM, P2P IP & P2MP) RF Circuits for MPLS, Internet & intranet – o&m experienced with
RADWIN, ALVARION, PRIMATEL & MAKSAT Products..
