2014 –2016 BMS Project Manager, LLorets Control Systems Limited
£7 Million BMS office and apartment project for Land Securities, working for Mace MEP, London Victoria.
£700k BBC office upgrade at white city, London, working directly with Lend Lease.
£1.9 million 14 story multitenant office complex with 100 residential apartments, including UKPN sub station, in Victoria, London, working directly
with Balfour Beatty Mechanical.

Returned to BAS as a Project Manager to engineer and project managed various BMS/HVAC contracts with an average value of £1.5 million, in

Based at Canary Wharf, but working for Building Automotive Solutions (BAS), I am now the Project Manager for the Installation and
commissioning of an £800,000 BMS control system.
2008 to 2009 Special Systems Project Manager, Canary Wharf
Based at Canary Wharf, I was employed as a Project Manager for special systems. This has involved the co-ordination of three activities, BMS,
Fire Alarm, and Security installation on a brand new 20 story office block for a distinguished bank client, with a contract value of £1.8 million. In
addition to these roles, I was assigned the task and manage the commissioning managers across the whole installation.
