Professional Experience and Career Milestones
• I started as Site Acquisition Executive in 1997 to 2000 being part of a massive
wireless roll-out of PILTEL/Mobiline in Mindanao, Philippines as mandated by
EO109. After the roll-out, I was part for the contract and lease management of
existing 200 cell sites. I was heavily involved in the transferring of titles of
properties bought for the telecom facilities and became also a part of a special
team that consolidated the existing Mobiline sites and SMART cell sites when
First Pacific Company acquired majority holdings of PLDT in 2000.
In a span of 5 years, I have transitioned from Site Acquisition Executive to Site
Acquisition Manager. As Site Acquisition Executive under PILTEL/Mobiline
from June 1997 to August 21, 2000 and under Lucent Technologies from
August 21, 2000 to December 31, 2000; as Site Acquisition Supervisor under

2. Keppel Communications from February 13, 2001 to June 30, 2003, as Site
Acquisition Manager under Keppel Communications from June 30, 2003 to
April 30, 2005, I have managed the roll-out of more than 1,300 cell sites and
IBS projects handling up to 40 in-house site acquisition personnel and 15 sub-
contractors under different projects with Nokia, Alcatel, Huawei, Ericsson,
Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc., and Globe Telecom.
I have maintained project revenue of 25% for all site acquisition services with a
total project value of Php500,000,000.00.
• I have established my own site acquisition company from June 1, 2005 to
September 30, 2009 and acquired a total project value of Php15,000,000.00.
This is the ultimate expression of confidence of my site acquisition
competence in the industry.
• As Site Acquisition and Permitting Manager under Metchem Business
Solutions Inc. from June 26, 2010 to December 15, 2014, I have managed the
Right-of-Way permitting works for more than 1,500KM fiber optic installation
which includes aerial, trenching and horizontal directional drilling under Globe
Telecom (Globe) and Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) OSP
Projects, more than 250 FTK sites under Huawei Globe, Huawei Smart, Wi-
Tribe, BellTel and Tower Conversion Project under Smart Communications.
• My career in the telecom industry has developed when I was given a position
as Regional Project Manager of Huawei Technologies from March 16, 2015 to
present. As RPM, I am in-charge for the roll out and closure of Globe OSP-
NCR Project which includes, management of implementation and ROW.
