What Makes Us Different SPEED – 30 DAY SEARCHES We typically provide a slate of best-in-class candidates on each search within 30 business days and frequently faster. Clients usually find a candidate that exceeds their expectations in the first slate we provide. Other search firms, especially the larger ones, take 3-6 months to finish a search. PRECISION – BEST-IN-CLASS CANDIDATES Harvard Group International focuses on candidates who rank in the top 2%. We only target candidates who’ve had a dramatic impact in their previous roles and who can join your company and make an immediate positive impact. We interview final candidates personally prior to presentation to the hiring managers. GUARANTEED PERFORMANCE We guarantee our performance and the performance of the people we bring forth. Annually, 20-40% of retained searches are terminated with no placement. Harvard Group International continues the search until the right candidate is found. If a candidate is terminated for cause within the first six months, we start the search anew,  “expenses only.” No additional search fee is assessed.

Annually, 20-40% of retained searches are terminated with no placement. Harvard Group International continues the search until the right candidate is found. If a candidate is terminated for cause within the first six months, we start the search anew, “expenses only.” No additional search fee is assessed.
