2. Earthquakes are vibrations or shocks
occurring in the earth's surface.
Ordinary earthquakes are caused by
movement of the Earth's plates.

3.  Volcanic earthquakes :
This earthquake occurred as a result of magma
activity, which usually occurs before the volcano
erupted. If activeness higher it will cause an
explosion that would also lead to the occurrence of
earthquakes.

4.  Tectonic earthquake:
An earthquake is caused by tectonic activity, the
tectonic plates shift suddenly has the power of the
very small to very large. Theory of the Tectonic
plates explains that the earth is composed of
several layers of rock, most areas of the crust layer
it will drift and float in layers like the snow. Stir
gently so that the layer-break and collide with each
other. This has led to the occurrence of tectonic
earthquake.

5. Most earthquakes result from the release of energy
generated by the pressure made by the moving plates. The
longer the pressure was becoming enlarged and eventually
reach the state where the pressure can not be detained
again by the edge of the slab. That's when an earthquake
will occur.
Earthquakes usually happen at plate boundaries such slabs.
The most severe earthquakes usually occur in the
compressional and translational plate boundary. The
earthquake focus in the most likely occurred because the
material is sandwiched into the lithosphere layer having a
phase transition at a depth of more than 600 km.

6. Several other earthquakes can also occur due to the
movement of magma inside the volcano. Such
earthquakes can be a symptom of impending volcanic
eruptions.

7.  Building collapses
 Fire
 The fall fatalities
 The surface soil into glue and roads to be broken
 Landslides caused by shocks
 Flood levees ruptured
 The earthquake on the seabed that causes a tsunami

8.  When inside the house:
 Do not panic and do not run outside, take shelter under
a table or bed. If no, protect the head with a pillow or
other object. Stay away from bookcases, wardrobes and
window glass. Be careful of the ceiling might collapse,
objects hanging on the wall and so on.
 When you are outdoors:
 Stay away from high buildings, walls, sheer cliffs, power
centers and power lines, billboards, tall trees, etc. Try to
reach an open area. Stay away from the shelves and glass
windows.
