Objective of Audit:
• To Prevent fire hazard & electrical short circuit
• To prevent electrical breakdown of panel
components
• Protection availability for fault & overload
conditions
• Adequacy of component rating to meet full load
requirement
• Alternate supply source availability in case of
critical load panels

• Thermal Scanning of electrical panel
internal components by thermo-vision
camera
• Electrical Loading pattern measurement
of R,Y,B Phase of electrical panels
• Neutral Healthiness check by
measurement of neutral current
•Insulation resistance measurement of
main incoming cable
• Identification of hot spot & source
contributing to hot spot
• To ensure balance loading
• To ensure no current or very less
current flow in neutral.
• To ensure healthy IR value

• Proper sealing of Panel door
• Voltage measurement at panel incoming

• To prevent entry of dust inside the
panel

• Reliability of systems will be enhanced

13. OTHER CRITICAL OBSERVATIONS
• Electrical drawing availability for complete power
distribution system of Kalinga Staduim may be
ensured. SLD made available at the earliest.
• Recording of all types of installation details may be
done for future study & replacement plan.
• Periodic different maintenance plans need to be
implemented.
