I read with interest your posting for an “Administrator” online. I believe I possess the necessary skills and
experience you are seeking and would make a valuable addition to your company.
As my resume indicates, Ipossess more than 5 years of progressive experience in the administrative field.
My professional history includes positions such as Office Manager at Quill Culinary, Inc. (a restaurant consulting
company currently working with the highly regarded Smallman Galley), and Ergo Management (property
management), as well as Human Resources Manager at Smart Circle International (marketing/advertising).
Most recently, my duties at Quill Culinary clearly relate to the qualifications you are seeking. As Office
Manager, my numerous daily responsibilities include answering phones and responding to emails, scheduling
appointments, data entry (spreadsheets, invoices, etc.), monitoring and updating all company social media accounts,
and designing/creating all flyers, menus, and other documentation. My supervisor also relies on my ability to
efficiently communicate with customers and clients, hire and interview new employees, proofread all invoices and
documents, and complete any/all other tasks in a timely and organized manner.
