Milk contains nutrients important for bone and teeth development such as calcium, phosphorus, and protein. Good nutrition during pregnancy and childhood is essential for proper tooth development and eruption. A diet lacking in calcium and protein can lead to smaller bones and an increased risk of dental caries. Orthodontic tooth movement relies on the remodeling of bone, as pressure causes resorption while tension causes formation. Milk consumption promotes bone health through proteins and nutrients that increase bone formation and decrease resorption.

mammary glands of female mammals.
It contain water, fat, proteins, lactose
and minerals
