WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Check-in:
- Handling all the check in activities, by applying QR ground services manual and
published procedures, plus providing the highest level of customer service.
- Supervising GHA performance during the check-in process.
-Coordinating with the local authorities to maintain smooth check-in process.
• Immigration:
- Looking after immigration clearance to achieve highest OTP.
- Assisting and guiding joining customers to have smooth pass through immigration
formalities.
• Boarding:
- Monitoring boarding process by supervising and coordinating with the GHA.
- Ensure boarding pass reconciliation is conducted properly.
- Ensure of following the procedure during gate bags.
• Aircraft Coordinating:
- Coordinating with operating crew and other departments ( GS , catering )
Towards smooth, safety and secured departure.
- Ensure on time departure by being in contact with QR terminal staff and the GHA teams
(boarding , ramp)
- Ensure that all handling equipment are serviceable and available.
- Conduct walk around before and after handling activities to ensure Zero damage
