4. Introduction
Senator 25 Aspirating High
sensitivity Smoke Detector is
Designed to provide very Sensitive
Detection of Smoke. HSSD use a
Aspirating Fan to draw air from
Protected Area via Sampling Pipe.
Then the Sampled air is Passed
through a high sensitive detector
and Detector Analyses the sampled
air and generate a warning signal.
HSSD demands an external Power
Source. We use I/O card to connect
HSSD on Loop.
6. There are Three Types of Detector used in HSSD
*
Light Scatter Detector
Cloud Chamber Detector
Particles Counting Detector
7. HSSD Work on Light
Scattering Principle. In
Normal Situation the
Sampling Air Continuous
Pass Through a Detection
Chamber in which IR Pulsed.
The IR rays Scattered by
Smoke Particles in Sample
Air. The Distortion in IR Rays
is Detected by IR Receiver.
The Scattered Rays
Proportional to the Level of
Solid Smoke Particles in
Sample Air.

13. The HSSD have Two Relay
Connection for Fire and
Faults.
Fire Alarm Relay NO (
Which Closes on Alarm.
Fault Relay NC ( Which
Open on any Fault I
Detector )
*
FIREFAULT
