drives and Sku focus.
Spray sales grew most in ROM 1 across towns through small initiates like retail
management and billing efficiency to all DB’s.

*Appointing good and financially sound parties for distribution- ship.
*Keep track on filed force reporting and analyzing the off-take trackers from key outlets.
*Devising & initiating local strategies as per market needs to keep competition of performance
among team members going on and tracking the same on day to day basis.
