.*Presently Working for Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd as Area Sales Manager in Global Consumer
Health care division based out of Bhopal Looking after M.P. I do also have additional
responsibility of ROM & Goa.

Supervising the sales and distribution Operation for Revital, Revital women, Chericof, Volini in
M.P.
 Previously supervised Sales operation in the Rest of Maharashtra & Goa from Feb 2013
till April 2015.

 Looked after Vidharba, Marathwada and CG since Sep’14t till March” 15.
Key Responsibilities:
. Supervising the whole sales operation.
.Implementation of AVR.
Sales planning and forecasting.
.Budget planning and analysis.
.Manpower budgeting.
. Implementation & Execution of company’s strategies and plans.
. Increasing the length and breadth of distribution (N.D & PDO).
. Retail Operation.
 New Product launch. Recently launched successfully Volini Balm in whole
Maharashtra except Mumbai.
 Increased throughput of Volini gel and length of Volini Spray through visibility
drives and Sku focus.
 Spray sales grew most in ROM 1 across towns through small initiates like retail
management and billing efficiency to all DB’s.
.Team Handling.
. Selection, Training and development of ASEs/ISr’s to get maximum output from them.
. Selection, development and supervision of distributors and wholesalers in the given area.
. Know the business potential, profile of the towns covered.
. Make sure that products leave on time, have adequate stocks across and range and calls are
made in structured manner to achieve productivity and efficiency.
. To achieve brand wise/town wise distributor targets.
.Conducting Consumer activation programmers like wet sampling, sampling, taste campaigns
and participation in fairs and trade fairs.
.Supervising the merchandising and in shop activities.
Designing & driving the business initiative to meet short & long term goals.
Role
*Meeting the target customers, making ASE/ISR/RSRs work for effective promotion of sales
strategies.
*To achieve The Sales Target of Primary and Secondary in particular.
*Appointing good and financially sound parties for distribution- ship.
*Keep track on filed force reporting and analyzing the off-take trackers from key outlets.
*Devising & initiating local strategies as per market needs to keep competition of performance
among team members going on and tracking the same on day to day basis.
