Warehouse Management:
Coordinate and perform assigned materials management tasks including: Receiving of
Vendor Parts & In-house Parts, Pre Packing, Binning, Picking, Audit of Parts,
Consolidation of picked material and Dispatch.
Inventory analysis with respect to parts movement & value and identifying obsolete
inventory for scrapping action based on past trend and future outlook.
Check incoming material documents & resolve GRN discrepancy / problems.
Support to cross functional team of Purchasing, Quality, Production & Engineering

Logistics Operations Management:–
Sales Order Management - Generation of Delivery Notes, Proforma/Excise/Commercial
Invoices, Route creation in SAP-SD Module.
Ensure all documents are accurately processed, distributed and released to forwarders,
carrier/agents and customers in a timely manner and maintenance of proper records of
FG Inventory and fulfilling other statutory documentation requirements.
We are exporting tractors and aggregates parts to 74 countries. Major customers are
USA, Netherland, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Latin America, South Africa, Sri Lanka.

Successfully Implemented containerization of 26 transmissions instead of 14 by
redesigning the skids which increase our daily dispatch.
Successful completion of a Bachat Manthan project to use the maximum volume of
container for the export of engine From JNPT to Brazil.

Co-ordinated ISO 9001:2008 Audit successfully.
Awarded for “Vendor Audit for Dispatch of Quality Material (Fork & York) on time”, used
in transmission system of Tractors.
