JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Working in Body Shop(BIW)
 To perform startup & close out verification/ confirmation tasks
 To control Zero accident
 Conduct daily SQDCPME audit
 Review quality and operation for defects or operating issues
 React ,resolve ,track abnormalities and confirm closure of concerns
 Assist production operators as required to maintain consistent production flow
 Train the people through proper training plan
 Lead FTPM actions to improve job/station performance
 Coordinates activities with team members to constructively utilize down time to improve
 Respect and encourage team members by my actions
 Man power planning for all production zones.
ACHIVEMENTs:
 Reduce in-station rejection
 Best 5s team award in our department
 Solved the issues of fixtures, Jigs and & quality problems with the support of maintenance and
Engineering team.

manufacturing the Ford Endeavour, Fiesta, Fusion, Ford Ikon and Ford Figo The production plant is

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Working in Body Shop(BIW)

 Complete daily standardized work observation monitor compliance with OIS/JSA
 Review quality and operation for defects or operating issues
 Understand and adhere to the quality operating system and utilize provided tools to improve
product and process
 Assist production operators as required to maintain consistent production flow
 Train the people through proper training plan
 Monitor paint shop and assembly shop for body shop related quality problems and implementing
the effective Check point through QLS & BQR.
 Lead FTPM actions to improve job/station performance
 Updating all ISPC things as per plan(SCORE CARD, ERROR PROOF & VISUAL AID)
 Coordinates activities with team members to constructively utilize down time to improve
 Respect and encourage team members by my actions
 Man power planning for all production zones.
ACHIVEMENTs:
 Reduce in-station rejection
 New jig provide to front end(figo&ikon)
 Power saving (10,000rs/yr)
 Best 5s team award in our department
 Hanger provided to mig weld coil
 New clamp provided to ‘a’pillar bracket
 Given a cost saving idea to implement new low cost bolt instead of other high cost bolts
(savings per year 4.5L).
 Our shop won the presidential health & safety award for year of 2011 as a part of that, I had done
a safety promotional activity.
 I was recognize to implement a safety kaizen to reduce SRA level rating from 9 to 5
