SME - 90+ dpd Pool
Role:
• Handling collection portfolio of over 300 crores for the 90+ dpd pool of Housing & SME loans.
• Interacting with Court Authorities for Warrant of Attachment/Sec 138 orders and execution of the same.
• Ensure Possession and auction/Sale of property.
• Liaisoning and coordinating with empanelled advocates and Government authorities to take action against fraud
And default accounts.
• Undertaking legal measures and strategies for resolution of cases including civil & criminal cases such as LRN,
Sec 138, Sarfaesi, Arbitration, Obtaining of Section 9 orders etc.
• Coordinate with Credit, Sales and Risk Management Units and provided feedback / inputs in order to improve &
