Architect/Project Manager 2014 – To Date
• Inspection of properties offered to the bank (UBA) for use as business offices to
confirm its suitability in terms of space required, structural stability, possibility
of conversion for use as Business Office access/location of the property vis-à-
vis the intended purpose and degree of dilapidation which will inform the bank
the estimated cost of remodeling works needed.
• Project Manager for newly initiated projects by UBA, Heirs Holdings, Tenoil
and Gas, Avon HMO and Hospitals, United Capitals Limited and the Tony
Elumelu Foundation.
• In-house Project Architect and Project Manager for newly proposed United
Capital Head Office at Ajose Adeogun (A design currently being handled by
Design Group as the All-in-one Consultants on the Project). The Project is
estimated at about 3 Billion Naira.
• Following up with consultants on all ongoing projects to produce Project Status
and Update Report for MPR meetings.
• Use of MS Project for POW to measure work done and to track contractors to
ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Scoping of maintenance works on existing properties for upgrade works. This is

3. • Rendering Facility Management services for properties owned by Afriland
Properties Plc. Since I already had some experience in facility management
during my time in Heritage Bank, I was able to manage these dual functions
efficiently.
• Attending stakeholder meetings particularly with all the major clients of
Afriland Properties Plc to ensure that proper communication is maintained and
that there is customer satisfaction in the services we render

• A Branch Development Team was set up a few months to the official launching
of Banking Operations by Heritage Bank. I was the only Architect in the team
tasked with Business Office Conceptualizations, functionality, brand/identity
and overall aesthetics.
• Project Manager for Heritage Bank Head Office (292B Ajose Adeogun Street,
Victoria Island Lagos). As a new bank, my major task was to act as an In-house
Architect for the bank by vetting the head office designs proposed by the
consultant Architect/Firm.
• Development of design brief for various branches.
• Inspection, Coordination and Monitoring of ongoing projects running
concurrently with the Head Office project to enforce quality control measures.
• Rendering Facility Management services for Heritage Bank Project Office.
Since the bank had not commence operations and there was no facility
management unit at the early stages, I had to double as a facility manager to
ensure that all facility related issues are resolved proactively. Since I already
had some experience in facility management, I was able to manage these dual
functions efficiently.
• Heritage Bank currently has a regional head office at Abuja. It is my duty to
also travel to monitor ongoing construction works in states outside Lagos. This I
have been able handle particularly in the Northern states because of my
ability to speak Hausa and also because I schooled in the north.

a cost of N119 million.

• Managing projects tagged as special projects (Executive Office UBA House,
Prestige Bank, Microfinance Bank, UBA Red shop, Corporate Service Initiative
Projects, International Branch Rollout, UBA Lifestyle Projects and other Ad hoc
Projects) from design conceptualization to award of contract, supervision and
implementation of the design to specifications.
• Coordinator and member of the Project Execution Committee (P.E.C) for the
UBA House Renovation Project- a projected estimated at about N8 billion.
• Managing projects under UBA Foundation social responsibility projects such as
the UBA-UNILAG Student Park a project that was executed at a total cost of
N135 million.
• Student hostel development at UNIPORT executed at a total cost of N76
million.
