Reflection:
The event itself has been running for 12years so it was interesting to see howit has changed since it started. GSK
employeesat allGSK sightsshouldunderstand how important events likethis are and how supported individuals/
groups are throughout GSK.
I learned to gatheras much information as possible during theevent as then youcan sift through thisallat a later
stage. Personally I learnt a lot more about both theHindu and Muslim religion,and also how important it is to
celebratediversity. I hadto learn how to edit thephoto graphsand videosthat I hadtaken as well as uploading this
onto the intranet in thespecific photo storyformat.
