construction of retail outlet as per government rules and company norms.
Working Capital Management
 Ensuring the optimum inventory levels at the customer end to slowly move towards a negative working capital model.
 Analyze the loss of sale/back orders weekly to ensure the promised SLA to the customer (franchisee).

 Supervise and monitor retail outlet operations in order to achieve the sales volume of Motor spirit, High speed diesel,
Lubes and Horizontals.
