• Litech Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is the authorized partner and service
provider of Sumitomo Electric Industries Ltd. (SEI) Japan in Pakistan
for its optical fiber related products and services.
• SEI has had a brand presence in Pakistan since 2010 and has been
providing authorized aftersales support to its Pakistani customers
through its partners since 2014.
• Litech Pakistan has been authorized after-sales partner for SEI since
2019 and has employed SEI trained and authorized
repair/maintenance and calibration engineers with more than
SEVEN years of servicing SEI products in Pakistan.

6. PTCL Specific Services Plan

lot to PTCL.
• 5% contingency backup (3 splicers) will be maintained by Litech
to facilitate PTCL as field backups for units returning or service.
• Main service centre will be maintained by Litech in its T&M
Services Laboratory in Islamabad.
• Regional Service/Collection centres will be maintained in
Karachi, Faisalabad and Lahore with more to follow in future.

7. PTCL Specific Services Plan
