Jan., 2015 to till present.Rashmi Metaliks Ltd. Is One of the India’s leading,
fastest growing Company in the field of manufacturing of Steel, Cement, DI
Pipes having Turnover around 3000 Crores. The company is to set up an
integrated steel plant to produce 2million t.p.a. at Gokulpur in West
Midnapore district of West Bengal. The Mini Blast Furnace of capacity 215m3
in the 1st phase of the company has already been completed and in
operational. This will produce 2.00 lakh t.p.a. of hot metal. Production
capacity of ductile iron pipe is 1 Lac 44 thousand metric tons per year.
Rashmi Group supplies DIP to Algeria, Seychelles, Nepal, Bhutan, Srilanka
besides domestic market. Pipe size ranges are DN 80 to DN 1000.

RESPONSIBLITIES AND WORK INVOLVED:-
Presently handling assignment of Mechanical related items procurement for
DIP & CCM projects.
Monitoring of Purchase Requisitions, Vendor Selection, Creation of RFQs,
Floating of Enquiry, Techno-commercial comparison, Negotiations and Creation
of Purchase Order compliance to statutory, internal & external audit.
Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase orders & documents in
accordance with company policies & procedure for all major consumables in term
of ISO.
Co-ordination with suppliers to ensure on time delivery & Co-ordination with
account dept.Vendor development. Working in ERP from TCS.
E-procurement through procurement portal www.bidnemo.com.
To coordinate with Bid-Nemo for E-Tendering.
We are responsible for all activity related to mechanical purchase for any
emergency like shut-down / breakdowns arrange by cash / credit purchase
whatever is possible.

 Manage Purchase Department in the absence of General Manager Purchase
for 15 days, and handle parallel Nepal Tube Mill and Color coating Plant
successfully. (At Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd)
 Saved approx 25 lacs Rupees / year onward the year 2011 for Ingersoll Rand
India for Compressor spare and Audco / L & T Valve by increase discount
which earlier purchase and current purchase.
 Save various rubber molded item like seal kit / diaphragm developed in
Locally source which is imported too much costly.
 Prioritise tasks and establish schedules to maintain uniform workload among
Purchase Department employees.
 We have rich experience for work in terms of Projects.We have already
worked in two mega projects,one is M/s Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd,Khopoli
(MH) in year of 2002 and 2003 and second one is M/s Bhushan Steel Ltd
integreted steel plant which is situated at Angul (Odisha) in year of 2008 to
2011.
