A) BUSINESSMAN :- Since FACOR STEELS LIMITED went under lockout in Jan 13, I
decided to quit the company and stared my own trading firm in the Name of Shri
Ramkrishna Enterprises in Jan- 2013. Since then I am doing my own trading in metals viz.
Titanium, Tungsten and some of alloy steels.

their India office after successful operation of their Singapore Yard for export of special

I have been instrumental in establishing their business in India for special alloy steel.

company of Welspun. The company has SAP system recently organized and progressing
very rapidly.
Achievements
In first two month, I could assess and establish plan to achieve saving of 5 crores. These
savings have already started coming.
2. I have been since then giving continues benefit of cost reduction by adopting use of new
materials and changing the sources. At REMI, we have been successful to start e-
auctions and got substantial reduction in prices of raw material.
As per the planning we have achieved the total savings of Rs 5 Crore in the financial year
2011.

Facor Steels Limited is a reputed alloys steel and stainless steel manufacturing
organization ,having existence of more than 35 years, situated in MIDC industrial
area,Hingana Road, Nagpur.
The company have achieved about 470 cores of turnover in the year 2007-2008 and has
acquired a prestigious TS 16949 certificate very recently. They have also established ERP
system of ORACLE and have gone live very recently. The company is in the process of
establishing Forging Unit in the same premises with a forging press of 2000 MT capacity.
Management of Facor Steel is known for their ethical business practices and are very
professional in their approach in business. People working in Facor Steel are subjected to
continuous development plan by various training programs.

D) Sr. Purchase Officer in Shri Hariganga Cement Ltd., Nagpur.
( 1983 to 1989).
Shri Hariganga Cement Ltd., was a mini cement plant located at Chunala,Teh.
Rajura,Dist Chandrapur with a capacity to produce 400 TPD .
I had joined them soon after the completion of my graduation as purchase assistant and
when left in 1989 was Sr Purchase officer. During my tenure of working with Shri
Hariganga , I gained a very rich experience as I joined them at project stage and was with
them till actual production and supply.
4. I assisted GM(Project) to procure heavy machinery like rotary kiln, grinding mills, ESP, dust
collectors, crushers, and heavy electricals.
After completion of the project made incharge of purchase and was responsible for
procurement of raw material, engineering stores and spares.
Was instrumental in developing new vendors for machining and fabrication jobs at much
lower cost.
