Recruiting Manager Experience
Recruiting Manager, GEM Care Inc, Knoxville, TN 2014-2015
As a recruiting manager, I oversee four recruiters and two On-Premise mangers for the effective staffing of over 10 major
manufacturing companies in the Knoxville, TN Area. I was originally hired as a Technical Recruiter and quickly re-
shaped GEM Care Inc. with forward thinking and innovative ideas to take our business online. In three months I imple-
mented a new Applicant Tracking System through SalesForce. I integrated DocuSign into our ATS for a smooth paper-
less pre-employment process all conducted effortlessly through email. I upgraded each recruiter with the technology
needed to compete in the modern world of recruiting and staffing. Once this process was complete I was promoted to
manager of recruiting. As the Recruiting Manager I developed a training manual to teach new employees the ATS, devel-
oped Job descriptions internally and externally for our clients, and put in motion GEM Care’s first SOP for processing
new candidates electronically. Weekly, I control and track our internal employee time keeping, contractor expenses, and
job board budgets. Most importantly I sincerely care for each of my employees in both their professional development and
personnel endeavors
