I am currently still enrolled in school getting my MBA, and I am one class away. I am a hard worker
with a great attitude towards work and a great mind to finding solutions. I have been put in supervisory
roles of training, scheduling, and work parties. I have great time managing skills and I work great by
myself or with a team. I have the attitude that there is no problem that is too great to handle and I work

Call center representative
Worked well under stress situations while being outsourced to Verizon Wireless for customer care
support with all types of assistance to the customer. It ranged from help with billing questions, technical
support, and random questions like international functionality. I have done well and been reconignized by
my superiors to become a supervisor, but could not take the pay cut financially so I stay on the phone lines
and gave them floor support when they needed it.

Received employee of the month for past two years straight. Trainer of new employees on machine drop
procedures and rules. Help make machine drop routes for the casino and help decide who will be the best
people to put on the teams. Help new officers with the policies and procedures of the casino. I help train
the new officers on how to perform the task appointed to them. Any time that we were audited by the state
I lead the machine drop team to ensure that all aspect of the team ran effectively without incident or
violations.

The ship received the battle E ribbon for being the best ship in the fleet. The ship was awarded the good
conduct ribbon for three years of good service. Did service as a sonar technician as well as a machinest
mate for AC and R. Which we kept the refrigeration of the food stuffs and the temperature of the living
spaces as well as maintain the running temperature of machinery spaces as well. As well as being in charge
of work parties for new sailors that were just getting into the Navy. I maintain the party of up 30 people at
a time making sure that they were all on task and all of the assignments that were due on the duty day were
completed in a timely matter.
