Strengths I was in the same room as him so could ask him/ answer any questions
he had I was also amble to watch him train in a comfortable
environment as he was use to that area, there was also my teacher
there (master Lowndes) who is able to provide information for me if I
should need it

There is usually more than one person there so it can sometimes be
hard to concentrate on my athlete also there can be distractions there
which can be a pain as they can and do take our attention

Points that mainly need to be discussed are the aims need for me and
my athlete to aim for another point we need to talk about more is
possible training locations other than Blackbelt leaders, they last point
talked about was fitting this into Dan's work schedule as he is in full
time employment

when he works and what time he is free this way ill be able to train
him at more opportune times another action will be too find another
location to train as it will make a lot more sense if the place we can
train is both comfortable and also easy ta access

The main points we talked about where me explaining to him certain key
terms he will need to understand and how my course was beaning run
and what to expect from it I also spoke in detail to him about what work
he will need to do and that the 8 week training plan could have 1 to 1
elements
Concerns Dan has never done something like this before and while he will
definitely be able to do all this work he will struggle to keep to an routine
if I don’t “keep on at him” the last concern was that he did not know
very many of the sport and exercise terms and so would need me to
explain them

students I need to run all my work and information past him first so that
he knows what I am doing, we also discussed possible meeting plans and
me being able to open up Blackbelt leaders just to train Dan
Concerns My main concern is that I need to run all my information past master
Lowndes first and so this could slow down the whole training program I
have planned
