1. “PARANOIA”
A group of high school students face otherworldly
dangers as a series of mysterious disappearances
threatens to change their lives forever. As
suspicions increase and tension rises can they
figure out a way to save their school before
everything comes crashing down?
Approximately two minutes long.
Science fiction horror film.
Hyper real, cinematic, camera movements, things
entering and exiting frame.
2. Ronnie – The protagonist. High school student. Rational and
reasonable at first. Discovers the Aliens and becomes more
reclusive.
CHARACTER BREAKDOWNS
3. Daniel – Ronnie’s best friend. Closer to him than to anyone
else. Gets injured by Ronnie when he lashes out.
CHARACTER BREAKDOWN
4. Josh – Likes to gossip and talk about other students. Knows a
lot about people and what’s going on around school.

Both get taken early on and their distinct individuality is
replaced with a menacing and frightening alternative.
7. Tense music. Slow building. Dramatic reveal.
Camera movement will be used to highlight specific important
things.
Transitions like wipes and fades.
Text on screen for key pieces of dialogue to add to unusual feel.
Visual effects for the aliens. Glowing eyes. Static Effect.
POST PRODUCTION
8. The film could potentially be made into a full feature. This
happens quite often especially with small budget horror films.
It could also be turned into a television series if it is expanded
on.
It could be screened at film festivals or independent cinema’s.
If it were sent to the BBFC it would probably get a 12
certificate.
FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
9. The film wont feature any copyrighted material but if I missed
anything whilst filming it will be removed during post production.
The school setting and under aged extra’s would need to be
considered with working hours and the child protection act.
The film also wont include any ethical problems such as
misrepresentations that could be considered offensive against people
of different ethnicities, genders or sexual orientations.
