 Management of the company’s customer relations, promotional and sponsorship activities for
approximately 2000 clients throughout Tasmania
 Prepare and present proposals, agreements and contracts for major marketing and sales
projects e.g. FAC (Fuel Access Card) site development and new reseller opportunities
 Monitor product sales and trends via key reports provided for wholesale, marketing and retail
(margin reports, low and high margin reports)
 Maximise the profitability and operating efficiency of Commission Agents (CA’s) and dealer sites
whilst creating a focus on required operational and SHE practices at both Norvac and Mobil
properties (retail, and wholesale network)
 Develop and action business plans and strategies in accordance with company policies and
procedures
 Prepare an annual strategic plan for marketing purposes and co-ordinate the development of
the annual income budget
 Undertake incident investigations and act as Peer Reviewer as required
 Administer and control the sales budget and capital expenditure
 Train, coach and counsel staff to maintain and / or improve their performance to established
standards, and conduct annual performance appraisals
 Authorise and control customer pricing and rebates, and assist in selected credit collection as
per credit policy
 Demonstrate and steward the companies EEO policies
 Ensure compliance with statuary requirements for Fuels & LP Gas


Responsibilities include:  Management of the company’s customer relations, promotional and sponsorship activities for approximately 2000 clients throughout Tasmania  Prepare and present proposals, agreements and contracts for major marketing and sales projects e.g. FAC (Fuel Access Card) site development and new reseller opportunities  Monitor product sales and trends via key reports provided for wholesale, marketing and retail (margin reports, low and high margin reports)  Maximise the profitability and operating efficiency of Commission Agents (CA’s) and dealer sites whilst creating a focus on required operational and SHE practices at both Norvac and Mobil properties (retail, and wholesale network)  Develop and action business plans and strategies in accordance with company policies and procedures  Prepare an annual strategic plan for marketing purposes and co-ordinate the development of the annual income budget  Undertake incident investigations and act as Peer Reviewer as required  Administer and control the sales budget and capital expenditure  Train, coach and counsel staff to maintain and / or improve their performance to established standards, and conduct annual performance appraisals  Authorise and control customer pricing and rebates, and assist in selected credit collection as per credit policy  Demonstrate and steward the companies EEO policies  Ensure compliance with statuary requirements for Fuels & LP Gas  Additional Responsibilities / Achievements – Norvac Pty Ltd  Managed state-wide LRP to Pulp change for Norvac and Mobil at retail and FAC sites  Design, construct and commission all plans, licences and approvals for:  Smithton FAC (Fuel Access Card) outlet  Scottsdale FAC outlet  Liaise with company solicitor to prepare, amend and issue Meter Wholesale Plan (MWP) and Commission Agent (CA) agreements.
