1. MOOD BOARD
The standard E4 logo. E4 was launched in 2001 and broadcasts 24 hours a day. The E-stings
competition began in 2007. Many E-stings are both creative and fun.
This is a standard small Ident that last for 10 seconds. It is
simply the E4 Logo sticker being peeled off a wall to reveal
keep to viewer reminded of which channel they’re watching.
I could possibly incorporate themes or characters from some e4 shows. This may add to the humour
or creativity of the sting.
These E-stings are stop motion pieces. I like the idea of a
stop motion film as there are many possibilities.
I will use the colour purple throughout my sting, so people
will automatically know what the channel is. This is
definitely one of the most important parts of the sting
along with the logo being shown fully to advertise the channel to its full potential.
Throughout most/all of the E-stings I have
watched and seen on TV, they are all quirky and
different from all the rest. They all have an edge of
weirdness and have random twists to make the
viewer laugh and stay interested with the channel
and program they’re watching.
