The number of sopaipas is the one that wants.
I usually do twenty, twenty is a big number but is a delicious
food. But as I said it´s what I want.
3. COURSE
This food is considered an entre because it´s
isn´t very strong but not very weak either. It´s
perfect for when someone comes to your house
and decide to give something delicious to thank you
for your stay.
4. INGREDIENTS
Now we turn to the ingredients part.
We need:
200 grams of flour.
100 mililiters of water.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
ATTENTION: NOT TO BE WRONG.
5. LET´S START NOW!
We have the ingredients: Lets start!.
1. We heat the water, we throw the salt and the oil.
2. We mix flour and baking soda in a bowl and pour the water mixture.
3. Mix with a spoon until everything is integrated and there is a dough
that doesnt stick to the bowl.
6. CONTINUATION
4.We remove it to a smooth
and floured surface and knead
a few minutes.
5. We put it back into the
bowl and cover it until the
volume Is doubled. (about 1
hour).
7. FINAL PART
6. We make small balls of dough and flatten
them with a rolling pin, which are finite.
7. We put the oil to fry and when it is hot we are
putting the dough portions. They swell when
frying.
8. Brown on both sides, taking care not to get
browned. We take them out to a plate and then
we pass them to another with paper towels to
absorb all the excess oil.
9. We serve them freshly made.
