At HelloComputer
Won 2nd place in the 2016 Make Break Create Hackathon - Teams were given two days to
execute a brief on using modern Digital Technology in the most Innovative way. Following the
judging, we were informed our brief would be executed as part of a client campaign in 2017.
At Lepetta
Held two positions - Production and Traffic merged due to Staff Shortage so i was given the title
of Production Traffic Co-ordinator. I did well thanks to previous experience in both fields, that i
slashed my probation period down by half and was offered my permanent contract.
At Native VML
Husky​ #MeatyFriendships​ - this Campaign was coming delayed and had costing problems. I
was given task of managing the Production of the Shoot. Was able to bring the project in under
budget and extra content was produced since the day of shooting was streamlined. the

At Concept Africa
Steyn City - Spent 1 month on site with my Team of Installers. This was my first High Level
Project that where the entire cost of the Project was 5 Million Rand for the Installation only.
Total project was in the region of 110 Million to 80 Million cost to company.
At Clearwater
I was promoted quickly from a Production Assistant to Production Co-ordinator within 1 year of
employment.
I am also able to Assistant Direct - Live Televised events
and Direct Pre-recorded Studio Shows thanks to training amongst the Multichoice Crews.
I also completed a First Aid Training Course through the Company as an added Skill.

Role and Responsibilities were changed without my consultation or feedback.
Resulted in dispute with regard to Difference of Opinion / Bad Faith.
Responsibilities:
● department Checking Briefing - Checked Incoming Briefs are compiled correctly, assets are allocated and that all
procedures were followed. Reported concerns back to Client Service for queries.
● Tracking - using Chase and JIRA, JIRA to assign relevant resource / team member, indicating any concerns,
deliverables, reverts etc. Project tracking software. Chase used for Costing and Finance tracking
● Daily Scrums - Social, Creative and Development. Went through the briefs that each team member had assigned to
them for completion, Raised any queries from the previous day, followed up on queries of the brief, adjusted the
traffic schedule as needed for meetings or reviews etc. Reported to Project Manager HOD
● Key Accounts Management - Cell C and Coke. Tasked with various extra oversight, part of my Performance and
considered a priority concern.
● Planning & Meetings - chaired weekly Traffic Planning meeting with all staff. HODS of each​ ​to go through the Incoming
briefs, project Plans and timings etc. Status Report Updates to the Project and Account Teams. Each Individual concern
would then be captured into JIRA for Project reporting and tracking. Final Approval and Sign-off from all stakeholders
● Quoting/CE Meetings - with Client Service and Project Manager on New briefs, Project Plans, resource requirements
and realistic timings and concerns. Enforced Adherence to Policy and Guidelines
● Traffic Scheduling with FLOAT - Real Time scheduling software, constant live tracking
● Staff LIST, and New Staff - was given the responsibility to Induct all new staff, Introduced them to the System, helped
support HR in their onboarding, Allocated them to their Desks, teams and IT requirements.
● Leave - Maintenance of an Internal Leave Register. Finance required us to keep a separate internal system that could
be used as a second check to the ESS SAGE PASTEL system
● Freelancers - Maintained the Freelancer Database. Ran Bi-weekly checks to confirm availability and Rates. Upon
requirement, assisted HR in processing ( Contracts, requirements, access and Invoice Submission and sign off.)
● Team Building - Formed part of the "Gees" Committee- responsible as part of Agency requirement to maintain staff
Morale
● Purchasing (Staff Card) - Was given the Use of one company credit card, used to purchase any necessity within
discretion based on need. Would then keep all Slips and Recon the Card account when requested bi-weekly from
Finance. Each Cost would need to be allocated in Chase to a Job, Team Member who needed the benefit, food or
service and All slips (Originals) submitted. Copies were made and filed for reference after Signoff.
● Training - Ongoing Staff training and scheduling, tracking and implementation
● Inter Agency Reporting - Certain Accounts were divided between different agencies, some Internal External. From time
to time this meant attending external events, meet and greets, Training and Statuses as part of client requested
requirement. I would then schedule, manage, facilitate payment, get authorisation and signoff on any request from
either the Team on the account or management. these would often impact a Team members deliverables or required
additional Resources (Overtime) and spend to a certain project phase. Some Costs would need to be absorbed and
reported in Chase, this may have sent a project over budget so Traffic was required to keep track and report on the
difference to be adjusted or allocated on future work.

● Catering and Eventing - action all catering requirements for Staff / Client Meetings / Etc. Dietary needs would be taken
into account, preference where necessary (eg COKE only wanted COKE in their meetings as a beverage) and Oversight
with regard to the unforeseen.

non-compliance with HOD of department.
