Project Overview - ESIC Project Panchdeep in one of the biggest e-governance project providing social
security and medical benefits to more than 6 crores Insured persons who are cover under ESI by Company act
1948. Project Panchdeep has five components. Pehchan includes all services related to identification,
authentication and verification of Insured Persons (IPs) through the use of biometric cards. Milap comprises of all
services related to provisioning network and bandwidth; Pashan consists of services related to hardware for Data
Centre, Disaster Recovery, desktops/PCs/Laptops and middleware and Dhanwantri embraces all services related to
hospitals and dispensaries and finally Pragati for all services related to ERP modules .
Job Responsibilities:
 Preparing and documenting business requirements.
 Consult with managerial and technical personnel to clarify application features, identify problems, and suggest
changes.
 Identify opportunities for operational improvements to existing application features and analyse user work
processes
 Preparing Functional documents, SRS, Change management documents and maintain the track
